Moe
Sakan
Moe at Jam Factory 2024
She dances like few others can. Moe is a music enthusiast and her knowledge goes from the early 20s to modern music.
Her dedication to the culture is also reflected in her attitude towards the dance, as she constantly endeavours to recreate an authentic style, and her passion certainly reflects the spirit of the dance as it was back in the day.
Markus
Rosendal
The one and only Markus Rosendal from Sweden
He is a wonderful dancer, a great entertainer and such beautiful soul.
We are thrilled to have Markus back in Roma for Jam Factory 2024.
Remy
Koukou Kouame
A wonderful dancer, teacher and choreographer.
Remy has a huge interest in music. From jazz to modern house and Afro-beat, Remy can mix it all when he is deejaying.
The inspiration he has in class comes from different directions.
At Jam Factory he will be teaching jazz dance and a musicality class with Steven Coombe and the band on Friday night, right before the evening program.
We are pushing Jam Factory in the same direction we started, but once again we add a new vibe!
We keep on dreaming a Factory where jazz is a social dance and the world “solo jazz” doesn’t mean lonely, but much more than that. A Factory that is like a family gathering!

I know most of the Jazz Steps (Fall of the Log, Apple Jack, Boogie Back, Boogie Forward, Cross-Over, Box Step, Shim Sham) and Charleston. I have an idea of the Big Apple. I follow the class without being worried of faster rhythms.
